Minna No Kyoushitsu is a low-cost educational center that helps young kids who don't go to school for various reasons to attend a classroom where they can socialize, learn and enjoy their time at a pretty low cost. Minna No Kyoushitsu approached us looking to improve their online brand visibility and reach. This will help them widen the circle they are helping and reach people who would then talk about what good they're doing currently.
Not long after starting their business, the brand message hasn't yet reached the number they've hoped for. Their strong mission and their desire to help children lacked the promotion needed to reach many parents and actually impact the lives of many more children. They were only reaching out to customers through SMS. This did not help build the trust needed for the parents to take action. So the only channel they used was networking and talking to customers face to face.
We needed to focus on one thing that's on a parent's mind when they are researching where their children will learn, and that is if they trust this establishment. The first thing we focused on is their website, using it as an information hub answering every parent's question prior to them enrolling their kid. This would help build trust and run sales without the need for the owner to spend time on it, and actually focus on other channels and areas fully.
After building their website, one area of their business has been cleared out. This helped the owner clear their schedule from spending time explaining to one-to-one and actually focusing on streamlining their sales and marketing by increasing the reach. As now they are able to explain why, and what they're doing without the need to say a single word.
